Shrub Borders
Throughout the Garden you will find groupings of hardy shrubs. Look for extensive collections of cultivars of horticultural favorites (such as Potentilla or Spiraea) along with interesting species you won’t likely see anywhere else in Alberta.

Hedge Maze
Find your way to the centre, then trace your way out of this collection of shrubs and trees pruned into a puzzle that’s fun for all ages to solve.

Zoltai Garden
Named after peatland researcher and Garden patron Stephen Zoltai, this secluded area south of the Native Peoples Garden, the Zoltai Garden is a restful, quiet corner. In springtime, rhododendrons can be seen blooming here.
