The Ozawa Pavilion, Ikoi no ba and classrooms are year-round facilities and can be viewed by appointment only during most of the year. Contact us to arrange a viewing. The Field House is available for viewing during the Garden’s open season, May 1 through Thanksgiving, by appointment only.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all meeting space bookings. There are no exceptions. Payment can be made with Visa, MasterCard, debit, money order, cash or company cheque. Personal cheques are not accepted.
Flip charts, projectors and screens are available on request. Internet access is available in all meeting spaces, with the exception of the Field House.
If you wish to serve alcohol at your meeting in the Ozawa Pavilion, Ikoi no ba or Field House, you must obtain a license (available where you purchase your beverages). Alcohol is not permitted in classroom spaces.
Meetings at the Ikoi no ba, Ozawa Pavilion or Field House can be self-catered, as they all have fully-equipped kitchens, or you can contact us for a list of approved Garden caterers.

We are not located on the University of Alberta campus. The Devonian Botanic Garden is located in
Parkland County - only 15 minutes from West Edmonton Mall or SW Edmonton (5 km north of Devon on Highway 60).
