Come join us on Mother’s Day weekend for a revitalizing yoga class in the beautiful Aga Khan Garden. This energizing flow style practice invites us to release the heaviness from winter and align with the blooming of nature. As we clear out space through movement and breathing, we gain the clarity to set clear intentions and plant seeds to nurture and grow. We couldn’t think of a better place to have this experience. The practice is accompanied with music by Cody Homa. The layer of music provides another vibration to connect your senses to. This helps focus the mind and ultimately draw us deeper into the space inside.
No yoga experience required! The class is suitable for all levels of practitioners. We encourage you to bring your own yoga props. They aren’t necessary but they can be helpful to use in postures. Bring layers and dress according to the weather! A blanket is always nice to use during savasana.
Note: All activities are planned with safety in mind. However, all activities are subject to changing health restrictions and may be cancelled.
