Raise your vibration with Sound Vibes Yoga

Join Sound Vibes Yoga in the beautiful Alpine Garden for a 60 minute dynamic flow style practice designed to help you move through stagnant energy and call in the sweet wishes of your heart. At our most subatomic level, we, like the universe, are formless energy and have the innate power to channel it through the power of our intention. Everything happens first inside of us. Your intention lies in the thoughts and beliefs you’re focusing the most attention on. You possess the ability to create anything by fixing your thoughts on what you desire. As a result, the focusing of the energy creates a frequency that radiates outwards. What frequency have you been broadcasting into your internal and external environment? What type of things are you attracting into your life because of this frequency? As we take this hour to tap into our inner world, this class will help shift our concentration from what’s no longer serving us so we can raise our vibration and become a magnet for what we are calling in. Cody Homa will be accompanying the class with music to help us drop deeper into the sacred space inside.

No yoga experience required! The class is suitable for all levels of practitioners. Bring layers and dress according to the weather! A blanket is always nice to use during savasana.

You are welcome to enjoy a relaxing, refreshing stroll through the Garden before or after your yoga class – admission is included with your registration.
