Hatha yoga uses the breath to create a link between the body and the mind. Hatha yoga builds flexibility, strength, reduces stress, lowers blood pressure, creates more energy and better sleep. This well-rounded style balances and opens the body. You will learn to still the mind and be present in the moment. The class is led by instructor Joyce Christian, in the serene Ozawa Pavilion Teahouse overlooking the Kurimoto Japanese Garden. $110 + tax.
